Occupy Dance Marathon

Dance Marathon took place on March 24th-25th for 30 hours, and raised a total of $510,325.76 for kids. Team DPhiE, or #Occupydancemarathon raised $9,615.56!!! Great job to everyone who participated and donated to the cause! All the money for Dance Marathon goes to fund pediatric rehabilitation programs at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital in Ann Arbor, as well as at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak.

Greek Week took place March 19-28! Team New Orleans consisted of Delta Phi Epsilon, Alpha Epsilon Pi, and Tau Kappa Epsilon. Several events took place throughout the week, and it all started with the Journey of Dreams. Every year different charities are selected and Greek Week works toward fundraising for these charities. At Journey of Dreams, speakers from the charities spoke about what the goals of their organizations are. On Thursday, Diag Day took place, which was followed by State St. Day and Greek Olympics Day on Friday and Saturday respectively. Team NOLA competed hard and made DPhiE very proud! On Sunday, March 25, volunteers went out to Dexter to

provide relief from the tornado that struck a couple of weeks ago. The volunteers cleaned up fallen tree branches and aided in the trash clean up as well. The following Monday, the annual Mr. Greek Week took place and on Wednesday Greek Week concluded with Sing and Variety, where our Deeph sisters made us all very proud! Great job to everyone that participated in Greek Week!!

A Busy October!

The ladies of DPhiE have been super busy lately! We had a date party, a wonderful Big/Little Week and freshman costume reveal, a bunch of sisterhood events including pumpkin painting and a trip to Wiard's Orchard, a PanHel meeting hosted at our home, and a super successful Greek Service Day! We have also been hard at work for midterm season, and we wish the best of luck on everyone's exams!

Relay For Life Updates

Every year, DPhiE participates in Relay for Life at UM. We have been dedicating lots of time and energy to fundraising, and it shows: in the past week alone, we have raised over $7000, almost half of our final goal! We still have two months left to finish, but at this rate we know we can do it!

Greek Week 2011

The University of Michigan Office of Greek Life has finally announced the teams for Greek Week 2011! And the theme? Las Vegas!

Making up Team Excalibur, Delta Phi Epsilon is paired with Delta Kappa Epsilon (DKE) and Theta Delta Chi (TDX).

We look forward to the fun and games!
